简要说明 Brief Introduction

本章资料反映我市城镇建设和环境保护的基本情况。

城镇建设资料主要包括城镇建设用地、基础设施水平、市政设施、园林绿化、供水供气、公共交通、基础设施建设投资、房屋等，由市统计局固定资产投资处根据市建设委员会和市国土资源和房屋管理局资料整理提供。环境保护主要包括工业废水、废气、固体废物的排放处理和利用，工业污染治理投资，生活污染物排放，以及环境污染与破坏事故情况等，由市统计局社会科技处根据市环境保护局的资料整理提供。

Data in this chapter show the basic conditions of urban construction and environmental protection in Chongqing.

The statistics on urban construction cover land for urban construction, level of public facilities, civil engineering, afforestation, water and gas supply, public traffic, investment in infrastructure construction, and buildings and housing. The data of urban construction are provided by Division of Statistics of Investment in Fixed Assets, Municipal Bureau of Statistics according to information of Municipal Construction Commission and Municipal Administration of Land, Resources and Buildings. Environmental protection mainly includes discharge, treatment and utilization of industrial waste water, waste gas and solid wastes, investment in anti-industrial pollution projects, discharge of pollutants from daily life, and pollution accidents. The Data on environmental protection are prepared by Division of Social and Technology Statistics, Municipal Bureau of Statistics on basis of data from Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.
