体育馆 指有固定看台,可供篮球、排球、羽毛球、乒乓球、体操等项目训练比赛活动用的室内运动场地。体育馆按看台容纳观众人数分为:甲级6000人以上,乙级4000-6000人,丙级2000-4000人,丁级2000人以下。
医院 指名称为医院,设有固定床位能收容病人住院并能为病人提供医疗、护理服务的医疗机构。包括县及县以上医院、农村乡卫生院、其他医院三部分。按所属性质分为卫生部门、工业及其他部门,集体经济单位三类。其中县及县以上医院按业务性质分为综合医院和专科医院。
卫生技术人员 指卫生事业机构支付工资的全部固定职工和合同制职工中现任职务为卫生技术工作的专业人员。包括中医师、西医师、中西医结合高级医师、护师、中药师、西药师、检验师、其他技师、中医士、西医士、护士、助产士、中药剂士、西药剂士、检验士、其他技士、其他中医、护理员、中药剂员、西药剂员、检验员,其他初级卫生技术人员。
医生 指经卫生部门审查合格,从事医疗工作的专业人员。分为中医医生和西医医生。包括卫生技术人员中的中医师、西医师、中西结合高级医师、中医士、西医士和其他中医。
社会福利事业单位 指集中收养社会孤老、残、幼的机构。包括由民政部门管理的社会福利院、儿童福利院、精神病人福利院和城镇集体办的福利院,以及农村集体举办的敬老院。
社会福利事业单位收养人数 包括民政部门管理的和城镇及农村集体举办的社会福利事业单位中收养的老人、少年儿童、缺乏生活自理能力的残疾人员和精神病人。
社会福利企业单位
指以安置城镇有一定劳动能力的盲、聋、哑和肢体残疾人员就业为目的,享受国家减免税待遇的国有或集体经济性质的企业。包括福利工厂、福利商业服务业、假肢厂和安置农场等单位。
农村五保户 指农村中既无劳动能力,又无经济来源的老、弱、孤、残的农民生活由集体供养,实行保吃、保穿、保住、保医、保葬(孤儿保教),简称:“五保”。享受五保待遇的家庭叫五保户。

调解人员 在人民调解委员会担负调解民间一般民事纠纷和轻微违法行为所引起的纠纷的工作人员。包括调解委员会的委员和调解小组的调解员。
调解民间纠纷 指调解委员会依照法律规定,根据自愿原则,用说服教育的方法调解民间发生的有关民事权利和义务的争执,促成当事双方达到协议和谅解,解决纠纷。包括婚姻家庭纠纷,财产权益纠纷等。不包括法院受理调解的民事案件数。
立案 指检察机关对犯罪线索进行初步调查后,认为存在职务犯罪事实并需要追究刑事责任时,依法决定作为刑事案件进行侦查的诉讼活动,是追究犯罪的开始。
大案 贪污贿赂犯罪案件指贪污、贿赂数额在5万元以上,挪用公款案在10万元以上,其他案件在50万元以上。渎职犯罪大案一般为直接经济损失5万元以上,死亡1人以上或者重伤3人以上的案件,或虽然没有造成经济损失和伤亡,但犯罪情节恶劣或造成严重后果的案件。
要案 指县、处级以上干部的犯罪案件。
决定逮捕 指检察机关对直接受理、自行侦查的案件,认为需要逮捕犯罪嫌疑人时,依据法律作出的逮捕决定。
